I started working here as an intern while completing my MBA degree. I applied for a role within the company and started working for LHC Group full-time 4 months before graduation. Working here has helped me grow tremendously in my professional life. The resources and helping hands are endless.

While we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our Home Office or local agencies. Per ADA guidelines, service animals are always welcome in any LHC Group offices or facilities.

Local agencies and our Home Office teams will often have numerous celebrations throughout the year. These can range from off-site team building activities to small celebrations such as birthdays or anniversaries at an agency office.

Dress requirements will vary from role-to-role and location. However, it is very common for our nurses, aides, and therapists to wear scrubs when providing patient care whether in-home or at a facility.
