LHC Group follows all federal and state regulations regarding vaccinations. The company does allow for medical and religious exemptions if permitted by law.
Why are there different sign on bonus amounts for the same position? For example, the RN position lists 3 different sign on amounts: $7,500.00, $10,000.00 and $12,000.00.
