The Lob demand gen team is single most enjoyable part of my job. They are enthusiastic, talented, fun, kind, generous, and hard working. I look forward to working with them for a long while.

There is no toxicity anywhere within the marketing org. We may not be the most skilled or the most efficient, but I have yet to see any toxic situations or personalities anywhere within the org.

Lob seems so promising on paper but is in reality the worst career decision you could make. The lack of direction, leadership experience, and general concern with employees futures and well being is more than evident in and and every interaction that occurs.
