What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, forthcoming, friendly, competent, driven, honest.
LT is accessible, transparent, hard-working, kind, and compassionate. They are here to get a job done, but their humanity is also constantly on full display. Our COO in particular is very present and highly transparent in our regular all-hands and town hall meetings. The team overall is A+.
We have a unique business and it requires a wide range of expertise and knowledge. The Leadership Team has a range of experiences, both from within and outside of "tech," and I'm glad to see a diversity of background that will lead us forward.
The transparency of the team
I find the leadership team cares about making the product as good as it can be; while maintaining a great work culture and team.
Leadership listens. They take the suggestions and reports from regular employees pretty seriously and strive to change
Our leadership team has a clear vision that is shared from the top down. Everything we do aligns to the greater vision which is very rewarding.
For the most part, the leadership team, outside of our CEO, seems to be invested in our company's growth and efforts have been made to hire people who can take us to the next level.
They care a lot about building a great culture and it shows. What they lack in inexperience, they can learn. But you can't fake yourself into caring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need a leadership overhaul, especislly the CEO. He's gone an started an entitely new company anyway. They just need leadership who knows what to do and wants to do it.
Leadership has no experience and no direction.
