As a company, we are authentic in our actions, and that authenticity is encouraged and cultivated throughout the org. We are consistently reminded to be true to ourselves and our values.

My work is not necessarily collaborative, but each member of my team has gone out of their way to help get me up to speed as well as checking in regularly to ensure I feel supported and challenged.

LT is accessible, transparent, hard-working, kind, and compassionate. They are here to get a job done, but their humanity is also constantly on full display. Our COO in particular is very present and highly transparent in our regular all-hands and town hall meetings. The team overall is A+.

Lob seems so promising on paper but is in reality the worst career decision you could make. The lack of direction, leadership experience, and general concern with employees futures and well being is more than evident in and and every interaction that occurs.
