The welcoming attitude. Even when people are stressed or frustrated with work, they're positive in their approach to tackling projects and still enjoy working together.

They openly communicate with the teams and move quickly. The way information is shared could be better. Internal systems are a disjointed and confusing, but it's not the worst. Takes getting used to. Invest more time and resources into getting everything organized to operate more efficiently.
