Due to the fact that almost all employees work remotely from home, it has been challenging to maintain a positive culture. Human Resources regularly sends out games or other "fun" challenges, which is appreciated, but honestly, I do not have time for them.

Less SLA/CSAT driven. Stop rewarding people who overextend themselves artifically. Stop pushing CSAT numbers and focus on retaining clients
