I have been at LRP for many years and my experience has been wonderful. There are challenges in any workplace but I have been more than satisfied with how issues are resolved when they arise. My direct leadership is fantastic and I enjoy my work. I am thankful every day to work for this company.

Excellent. I've gained valuable knowledge and continue to learn as I'm entrusted with more tasks. I have freedom to do the job without being micro-managed but am also motivated by the fact that the work I do is seen by higher levels. Management is very supportive. Thankful every day to be here.

They are smart and innovative, always looking for ways to balance meeting the needs of the company, the employees, and the customers. Employees are valued and recognized for a job well done.

I am not micro-managed. I am trusted to do the job and it is understood that if questions or clarification is needed, it will be communicated. Leadership is also understanding and accommodating of work and life balance.

The HR team does a fantastic job of coming up with creative ideas to keep us all connected and participate in fun events/activities, even with a mostly remote environment. It helps to prevent feelings of isolation and is a nice reminder of the great team we work with.

Like anywhere, interaction with coworkers has its positives and negatives, mainly due to personalities. Overall, it's important to remember we are all on the same team and suggestions for areas to improve are not personal but for the overall good of the company and smooth flow of work.
