What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members help each other and are always willing to step up to meet a busy production schedule. They are highly invested in doing the best possible job to produce quality content.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication would solve most issues.
There are a handful that take the time to care and do what needs to be done. But many of them are either lazy and need constant spoon-feeding on tasks that have been done for years or they cant retain. They don't take the time to write notes and expect constant repetitive instructions.
Like anywhere, interaction with coworkers has its positives and negatives, mainly due to personalities. Overall, it's important to remember we are all on the same team and suggestions for areas to improve are not personal but for the overall good of the company and smooth flow of work.
There feels like a lack of cohesion comes from certain attitudes. At the end of the day we are all working to reach a common goal but it feels like some coworkers are only worried about taking care of themselves and not helping the team as a whole.
