I've been at LRP for 2 years and it's been a positive experience. It's nice to work for an employer that recognizes the importance of work-life balance. I enjoy the work I do, feel supported by my manager, and appreciate the professional growth opportunities - from new projects to training.

everyone is very friendly, even with most employees are working from home, everyone tries to stay "connected"

I like how everyone comes together to celebrate Halloween. It's a fun tradition and it's nice to see so many employees participate and the creativity of each department.

With teams working different hybrid schedules, the office environment is the perfect balance of quiet/productive, but also being able to meet in person and catch up with coworkers.

Work-Life Balance - not just buzz words. Keeping hybrid/flexible schedules post-pandemic. They understand we have responsibilities and interests outside of work, and allow the flexibility to participate or attend to those things when "life happens".
