Madison Area Technical College (Madison College) is a public technical and community college based in Madison, Wisconsin. It serves students in parts of 12 counties in south-central Wisconsin: Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Marquette, Richland, Rock, and Sauk.

There have been some really exciting years of service for me. I have been able to be a part of some innovating projects and programs which have has great results for students. That has been very rewarding. I also have had setbacks that have involved poor communication and lack of leadership vision.

I am very burnt out. I have been consistently working 50-70 hours per week for years. My schedule changes every semester, so I have had to put many personal commitments on hold to accommodate constantly changing work schedule. Plus, I have been blocked out of some areas of growth.
