I feel welcomed, well-supported and set up for success. As a new employee I appreciate that the dean and other instructors have taken time to provide regular check-ins and are able to support me when needed. The students are great!

I am new to the college and took a pay cut due to the salary cap for an instructor position. I make the maximum but it's still a pay cut.
