Everyone is super welcoming and the communication is great even if the majority of us work remotely. You never feel alone as there is always someone to give you feedback or advice.

The interviewers made me feel comfortable during the two interview calls. The question can be hard but the people are so nice that it's like having a chat rather than a formal interview.

The remote culture at MaileLite is a milestone. A lot of companies out there claim to have a remote culture, but actually they are disappointed if, for example, you want to travel. At MailerLite everyone is chilled and you are encouraged to have hobbies and the cultural values are the best!
