MailerLite Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance, Creative days, Parental days

The benefits are great, especially the PTO and remote setting (plus the flexibility!). One improvement point would be to increase PTO and provide an office material/hardware budget to everyone.

The Creative Days we are given

I would not distinct only one thing, as the whole compensation package combined fits my needs

The best part is the balance between fair pay and benefits like flexibility, remote work options, and learning opportunities. It shows the company values both financial and personal well-being.

a lot of benefits (creative days, parental time, insurance, workdays..) I think it's one of the best if not the best company benefits I have ever seen during my 10+ years of experience in this field.

The parental days each month. This is a great benefit for working parents. I also love the quarterly creative days where we can take a day off to do something that sparks our creativity.

Review from Marketing Dept

Money is ok, but the benefits are amazing for a remote company. The amount of vacation, bonus, medical assistance, and work life balance

I think I'm compensated fairly when it comes to salary

The best part of my compensation package is its competitiveness and the benefits that support my well-being.

It is well diversified and flexible.

It's well balanced and flexible.

Review from Marketing Dept

Private health insurance, creative days, joy budgets.

Parental Days policy, which grants parents one paid day off each month to spend quality time with their children.

The international health insurance, because it covers not only the physical, but the mental well-being as well.

Time off is very generous

I earn much more than in my country and can work from anywhere

joy budget and other benefits esp if you are a parent.

By far international health insurance

medical package, creative days, workation, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Actually give us the stock options that were mentioned, higher salaries, any kind of financial benefit (severance pay/retirement contribution/etc)

I'd appreciate if additional bonus option would be be up to market standards.

Review from Marketing Dept

I've never been offered any kind of stock, voucher or any equity compensation - it just wasn't on the table. Company pays slightly below average compared to other Remote Companies. I'm hoping for a raise next year.
