The parental days each month. This is a great benefit for working parents. I also love the quarterly creative days where we can take a day off to do something that sparks our creativity.

Actually give us the stock options that were mentioned, higher salaries, any kind of financial benefit (severance pay/retirement contribution/etc)

I've never been offered any kind of stock, voucher or any equity compensation - it just wasn't on the table. Company pays slightly below average compared to other Remote Companies. I'm hoping for a raise next year.

Well, as I said, the diversity in terms of cultures is great (although, there is not a single black person, I thought that was a bit odd), but there's a certain imbalance in terms of gender in relation to power.
