How diverse the leadership team is, it's not male dominated, and we have strong female representation at that level. We operate like a swarm rather than top-down - decisions feel collaborative, and everyone's voice gets heard.
He so nice and teaches us when we are wrong
Each leader prioritizes shared achievements over a "rat race." Each employee strives to achieve shared goals. They create a space where everyone can openly discuss what we should be working on.

I believe we are paid fairly. Not low, but also not a place you would join for all the money. You will feel compensated and more importantly with the flexibility to still enjoy your life outside of work.
It's hard to pinpoint just one, but for now, it's probably Workation. It's a time when we focus on building relationships, not just work. It's a great opportunity to get to know the people I work with remotely every day.

Health insurance, Creative days, Parental days
The benefits are great, especially the PTO and remote setting (plus the flexibility!). One improvement point would be to increase PTO and provide an office material/hardware budget to everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually give us the stock options that were mentioned, higher salaries, any kind of financial benefit (severance pay/retirement contribution/etc)
I'd appreciate if additional bonus option would be be up to market standards.

I've never been offered any kind of stock, voucher or any equity compensation - it just wasn't on the table. Company pays slightly below average compared to other Remote Companies. I'm hoping for a raise next year.

My team is the best! We have fun together, and we also do our best work because of that. There's a strong sense of trust.
Everybody seems to WANT to deliver good work to help each other. We understand it is a job, but there is a collective mission that we all go towards. This is not just the company mission but also the mission to be helpful to others and make sure we grow with each other's strengths.
My team is made up of creative, open-minded, and fun people. Despite our sometimes completely different personalities, we get along great.

The supportive and collaborative culture. There's also a sense of trust, inclusion and transparency.
Is to keep your culture and environment up to date and make sure you keep things positive.
People care about each other.
Support for work-life balance, no rigid rules, and the trust that I will complete my tasks on time.

They allowed you to use the product to share more about yourself. Helped me understand more about the customer experience and the core product of the company.

I feel like I am repeating myself, but I have to say "human" again. The interviewer treated me as a human being, not just a prospect, they respect my time, my experience and my thoughts and I appreciated that.
Very clear, transparent and straightforward. Everything is made easy, from booking the time slots to knowing what is expected out of you. Overall a very smooth experience.
I like the educated person it's means all question i ask he or she must know and the workhard person
Probably the best interview I have had. Our recruiting manager is a pleasure to talk with, next steps were super clear. I also had a lovely interview with my manager who was very informative and interested in my background. The task and interviews were challenging, but proportional to the job.

Be honest and fairly every time
Getting to help others. I work in support so perhaps you could have guessed that, but it is true. I like helping people, there is a satisfaction to help not just customers but your peers and build a sense of community.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Well, as I said, the diversity in terms of cultures is great (although, there is not a single black person, I thought that was a bit odd), but there's a certain imbalance in terms of gender in relation to power.
