I learn every day and I stay motivated to improve my ways to work and to shape my career. I also have great teammates, so we can openly share ideas and feedback.

We keep the interview process simple - we are curious about the candidates and we also make them comfortable while interviewing. We are interested to know the technical part but also want to know the person itself.

They look after the employees, always taking care about their wellbeing, and provide constructive feedback - they also keep us informed on what's happening in the company. I like they are transparent in their decisions, when sharing with us.
