Talk to people instead of only using scripted questions.
Management needs to value individual contributors and address morale issues.
Promotions and pay increases go to favored employees not those who have earned it.
My coworkers are great but the atmosphere is negative due to heavy workload and lack of support.
Management is ill equipped to deal with the company’s problems. Employee morale and engagement need to be addressed ASAP before there are major safety or environmental repercussion
