We all have great attitudes and are working toward the same goal
The people are knowledgeable about their jobs and work hard to work safely
One work from home day per week.
Available parking. Not sure what else.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Replace disingenous 1950s style managers.
Value skill sets, promote accordingly, remove the rule for internal candidates of only being able to apply for positions within 1 paygrade jump
The mission statement and company values need to trickle down to the average worker, not just the corporate team
