It's been a very fun and hands-on experience getting the chance to keep our theaters clean, provide concessions to customers, and take tickets when needed. While I enjoy my position as a Theater Associate, the only drawback is the inconsistent working hours.

The ability to get paid while also expressing my love of cinema. At most other jobs I don't get the pleasure of expressing myself much on the clock, but here it's actively encouraged.

The general culture is built on teamwork and togetherness to make the work day flow as easily as possible. Since our customers are our greatest asset, we're always focused on making their experience first-rate.

One of the things I love most about my team is how social and interactive they are. Nearly every person I work with loves getting to know their teammates and collaborating while on the job.

For the most part it seemed succinct, well-crafted, and easy to follow. The questions that were asked by my interviewers weren't too complex and allowed me to express my own values regarding the workplace during the process.
