Leadership, social skills/how to appropiately talk to others associate, and learning emplyees rights.

Everything, but most importantly, treating their employees better.

Starts from the top down, CEO Rodriguez has unrealisitic expectations of a highly uncontrolable industry and when numbers are failied to be hit, he ridicules and demeans instead of encourages and colaborates. This creates and culture of fear based results throughout, and a constant state of exhaust
