The willingness to compromise and listen to its employees
Very friendly and come from a wide range of backgrounds; very willing to help and understand at the same level as associates.
They're kind and usually productive.
They give you room to grow.
Very personable and nice to talk to

Speaking to their employees with respect.
Leadership, social skills/how to appropiately talk to others associate, and learning emplyees rights.
Everything, but most importantly, treating their employees better.
Starts from the top down, CEO Rodriguez has unrealisitic expectations of a highly uncontrolable industry and when numbers are failied to be hit, he ridicules and demeans instead of encourages and colaborates. This creates and culture of fear based results throughout, and a constant state of exhaust
Communication is not there at all!!
Review from Sales Dept
Nothing. Schedule was very inconsistent and they wouldnt schedule people for weeks but kept hiring new people even though there wasnt hours to give.
The benefits is the best part of my packsge.
We get free movies with our employment

Honestly, I just hope that they get better managers. They are too hard to please
I feel as though nothing I do or say is taken seriously. If I have a complaint then it doesnt matter. I have recommended changes and they only changed after someone else recommended it. I understand not everything is possible but Im not even listened to at this job.
Because everywhere else is hiring at 18 an hour. Start getting competitive with other corporations when it comes to hourly wages. There is no reason I should desire working at Walmart over an entertainment venue.
I would like to be treated better.
If the CEO took a pay cut from his 1.8 million so that me and my workers didn't have to scrape to be able to pay our bills. If everyone was paid well enough to meet basic nessecites, and my benefits didn't send me straight into debt if I have to take an ambulance, it would be a start
One of the things I love most about my team is how social and interactive they are. Nearly every person I work with loves getting to know their teammates and collaborating while on the job.
Fun to work with. High energy.
We all have a range of skills that we try to teach and learn from each other. If one person is struggling with a task we help/teach them how. Always trying to find the next/best thing to do.
The people that I work with are great, they always make sure that you are comfortable
Everyone is pretty cool EXCEPT for the general manager. I like my coworkers, however rarely get to interact with them. If he sees us talking he comes and scolds us, gives us busy work, or tells us to just leave and go home. Everyone just awkwardly stands in one place, too afraid to interact or laugh
Upper management needs to learn how to communicate properly
Listening to understand a situation insetead of just listening to respond, and figure out who to blame. Work together to find a solution in a productive manner instead of being snide and petty.
The general culture is built on teamwork and togetherness to make the work day flow as easily as possible. Since our customers are our greatest asset, we're always focused on making their experience first-rate.
Honestly nothing feels positive. They claim they are like a family but bully others and are extremely unprofessional.
Employees and customers are good.
Fun events, for example recently we had a special showing of Downton Abbey where we served tea and macaroons. I'm was very fun and everyone was happy to work that day.
Free movies is the only positive

For the most part it seemed succinct, well-crafted, and easy to follow. The questions that were asked by my interviewers weren't too complex and allowed me to express my own values regarding the workplace during the process.
They got back to me the same day and took a chance on me despite not having worked in a while.
An entry level associate is easy to get. Just dont give dumb answers like "my last job made me clean so i left". Management is alittle harder but if you prove yourself as an associate, you can get it.
Finding out if i was hired

They asked when i could work
Review from Sales Dept
Nothing to improve, it was pretty decent and seemed welcomimg at first.
Figure out how to hire people that won't leave within 2 weeks
Review from Sales Dept
The ability to get paid while also expressing my love of cinema. At most other jobs I don't get the pleasure of expressing myself much on the clock, but here it's actively encouraged.
The people i work with ate fun.
The movie passes and the prizes I could get for donating yearly to the United Way or the United Performing Arts Fund. I also enjoyed eating Zaffiros pizza while on shift though I'd only gét a 30 percent discount
Coming into work and knowing I get to make someone's day better in anyway I can. Whether that be helping lighten the load for a coworker or getting a customer excited to watch movies at our theater.
When I get to talk to my co workers
Prices are outrageous, and people ARE NOT happy to hear that we will be getting rid of free popcorn and will begin charging 1$ for them. Why not just do 6 dollar Tuesdays? Now as a result, we get to face the anger of the public on behalf of corporate.
Everything is put together last second, which makes it very difficult to work efficiently
Again, back to the fear based culture. Not focused on creating an evironment employees can thrive and by so doing becoming more productive. More focused on jamming productivity down employees throats and pushing them to burn out.
No communication at all. They need to talk to us.

There's this one coworker who always takes constructive criticism personally. If a manager addressed the issue, that would be great
