What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Honestly nothing feels positive. They claim they are like a family but bully others and are extremely unprofessional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Nothing. Schedule was very inconsistent and they wouldnt schedule people for weeks but kept hiring new people even though there wasnt hours to give.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The willingness to compromise and listen to its employees
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Nothing to improve, it was pretty decent and seemed welcomimg at first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Honestly, I just hope that they get better managers. They are too hard to please
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Speaking to their employees with respect.
