I have worked customer service a good part of my life. Working here at Matic gives a different type of vibe that wont get at other companies. The freedom to be you, the understanding and willingness of the my manager. I have never had a manager like the one I have now. I literally love it here.

Matic CSR team is the best hands down. We help each other encourage, one another we are family. We all have a weird about us and for us it just works perfect together.

What I love best is the unity and the way they treat the employees. There is never a question weather my manager is going to ride for me. I know he will without a doubt. Kj gives me a sense of security and understanding that most managers don't give.
