At memoryBlue we aim to foster a productive and fun work environment. Our incentives and perks create an atmosphere where success is contagious and employees thrive, inspiring both personal and company growth.

How employees describe working at MemoryBlue

once we were acquired by memory blue, our culture became quite toxic. They care more about dials than the quality of lead generation. Several good reps are leaving due to their poor leadership and micromanagement.

this is an amazing oppertunity

Good company culture and advancement

No better place to learn the high-industry.

  • Sales is not an easy gig. It's for those who want to learn, better themselves, and continue progressing upward. This job is no different. It challenges you, but the hard work is well worth the reward.

  • This was my first real sales gig. I wish I would have known that there is no one approach that fits every prospect. As I grew as a rep, I learned that different prospects require different techniques and communications patterns. I had access to these tools/methodologies, I just wished I could have known them before walking through the doors to help with my learning curve. But I get why they wouldn't give away their secret sauce, its good stuff.

  • It is a fast paced environment, but not too fast. The company wide competitions keep things interesting and a little smack talk between teams always gets the juices flowing. This is a place for people to come, learn, and grow as a sales professional so that they can spread their wings in tech sales down the road. 40 hours a week is standard, but top performers realize that sales is not a 40hr/wk gig.

  • Busy. I guess that is to be expected when you're running a large sales development firm. Both co-founders are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help you, if you ask. They invest a great deal of time / energy into the firm to ensure the sales reps receive multiple sales trainings and have access to a very large network in the tech space to help them grow their careers.
