  • Great environment. As long as they keep allowing us to work on a hybrid schedule 2x week in office 3x week from home, I will not be looking for another job

  • It's okay. I'm aware of some people considering leaving due to the lack of opportunities and poor scheduling.

  • It is great, everyone seems to really love working here.

  • The post-Covid hybrid policy announced by Ariel in early April is that everyone should come to the office at least twice a week. It's still pretty nice to be able to WFH 3 days a week if you have a long commute - plus most of my team is more productive at home without the office chatting and distractions (wonderful perks at the office though. Great daily lunch in Palo Alto!)

  • Currently you have to come into the office of your shift starts and ends between 6am-9pm Mon-Fri. It would be nice for more flexibility to work from home especially if you have a long commute.

  • When needed but they prefer to have everyone in the office.
