Timothy G. NeCastro, CPA, CIC, is president and chief executive officer of Erie Insurance. NeCastro joined ERIE in 1996, starting a career that has spanned finance, services and sales. He managed ERIE’s Internal Auditing Department and was then promoted to senior vice president of the Controller Division in 1997. He moved into operations in 2008 as senior vice president of the Product and Policy Services Division. He expanded his experience to field sales operations in 2010, when he was promoted to regional officer. His territorial oversight included Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Illinois and Wisconsin. In 2014, NeCastro led the entry into ERIE’s 12th state, Kentucky. A native of Erie, PA, NeCastro is a graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Gannon University. He maintains his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation, is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and holds licenses in property & casualty and life insurance.

Mr. Robert C. Ingram III, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Erie Indemnity Company since August 13, 2012. Mr. Ingram is responsible for ongoing design of the Erie IT strategy and further development of its technology platform. Mr. Ingram served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Property & Casualty Operations' Information Technology (IT) Organization at Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. since August 2009. Mr. Ingram focused on driving the overall IT strategy for The Hartford's property and casualty operations. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for commercial lines at Hartford. He served as Chief Information Officer for Hartford's Investment Management Company and Enterprise Risk Management. He served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. since March 2006. Mr. Ingram has more than 27 years of experience in technology and insurance. He served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Safeco Corp. since February 11, 2008. Mr. Ingram served as Chief Information Officer of Argonaut Group from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Ingram held a number of leadership positions at Andersen Consulting, IBM and USAA. From 1998 to 2006, he served as Senior Vice President in Information Technology, supporting USAA's property and casualty business. He also managed IT business for Andersen Consulting and IBM and spent 12 years at Accenture. Mr. Ingram has MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
