i feel that its a good company but it needs to improve on some areas. they need to see other companies and realize that employees need more

Since Covid it has not been much of a culture. Company made culture circles and they make an event every so often.

right now its not that fun. we need to do more fun things to keep the culture up. when in office the culture was amazing

when a review comes up there is no feed back for me however i have not had a raise based on my good work. the increase i have is because i have moved up which that is a promotion not a review.
