Overall I feel great being part of this company. I am really excited about the EV and Renewable Energy depts even though I do not work in those depts. I know those depts are the future and are going to help the world move to a sustainable energy source.

Again, the open lines of communication. I have always had luck getting answers to questions across the whole organization or being put in touch with someone that can assist me.

The multiple roles I hold are truly roles that deserve a full-time person to ensure they are done well. While I understand the need for multitasking the problem is no backups in those roles and then that task becomes part of what is expected of your daily duties. More pay for those w/ multiple roles
