I am not micro managed. I enjoy the ability to learn different skills to implement on different types of projects.
My last team leader was very transparent about the direction of the project, the direction of the company and was not a micro-manager.
I have trained people that have been hired after me, that do what I do or less and get paid way more than I make. I do not believe the pay scale is correct for all engineers. It seems the newer engineers make more money coming in the door than the engineers who have put in time with Pearce.
