Working here was the worst time of my life! Management does not communicate with their employees or take responsibility for their mistakes. There is no proper training and it management would rather yell at their employees rather than reevaluate what they could do better. Turn around time is high!!

Take responsibility for their actions and decisions rather than blame the employees for not understanding as a result of not being trained properly. In addition, do not guilt trip employees to stay because people keep quitting for not enjoying the environment.
