They deliver on revenue targets

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Take responsibility for their actions and decisions rather than blame the employees for not understanding as a result of not being trained properly. In addition, do not guilt trip employees to stay because people keep quitting for not enjoying the environment.

Do the walk everyday and know what's going on in the project and who is working an who is not.

Understanding true strategy, it is painful to see zero direction.

They are all cold-hearted, with no sense of humanity they just fire people in a day. One of the worst management I have ever seen in my 17 years of career overall..

Review from Customer Support Dept

Transparency, accountability, compensation that matches experience and abilities, remove barriers that hinder corrective action.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to appreciate the employee who has done above and beyond the required task. By promoting to the next level position.
