My pay is not in line with market average for my title, experience level, and the value I feel I bring to the team. More frequent conversations/feedback on comp might make me feel better. Being paid at least market average would certainly make it better

Too mamy urgent priorities. Teams struggling to keep up. Lost two leadership team members. Overall morale feels down. Could be improved by focusing only on what matters most and open conversations about the burn out a lot of employees are feeling

I know there is a lot of work being done to make our pay competitive and it gets a little tricky with equity payouts, etc. but even with the recent work done in this area, my base pay is still well below average for my role, years of experience, and location.

Collectively they have a lot of relevant experience that can help take Pet Honesty to the next level but they recognize the existing team and work that got us to this point. Their openness and willingness to learn from and listen to the team that's been here before they got here is appreciated
