The LT is made up of people who genuinely care about the people in the company. Even though their decisions aren't always the best, it does seem that they come from a good place. I enjoy spending 1on1 time with each of them.
This leadership team is very experienced. They lead with confidence. Furthermore, they are "real" people. They role model transparency and accountability in a very strong way.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at communicating the company goals and objectives. Communicate the plans and strategies if any. Roll up their sleeves and team up with subordinates. Bring cohesiveness to the team.
