The part I love about our leadership is the direction they are taking the company. They have good vision for where we could be and are working on executing it.
The work that I am doing. It feels like I am making a real difference at this company and I love what I get to do during the day to day.
Everyone is willing and able to help each other out. Everyone is so good at their jobs. I love that we can joke around and push back in discussions. There is a great culture of being able to speak up if something isn't working.
I have the most passionate coworkers, who all believe in the mission of our brand and products, and the good we can do for pets everywhere. They are trusting of me and my team and understanding of bandwidths. They are friends and people I can have fun with both during and outside of work.
I feel like I do the work of about 2-3 people, with new responsibilities added daily, some that don't accurately reflect my job title. I am ok with doing a lot of work - prefer it actually. But I don't feel leadership understands or appreciates the amount of work people on other levels are doing.
