I have been here for 4 years and it has been both challenging and rewarding. I have helped the company grow from only 75 employees when I started to nearly 400 employees across 6 offices. I am really proud of the impact my function has made in this growth story.

I have been at Phaidon for more than 5 years which is a long time for such a young company. I have had the opportunity to progress quickly and lead my own marketing team from very early on in my professional career. I truly believe in the vision and potential of the company and an proud I work here.

I really enjoy that I have been given the opportunity to be a manager after just a few years into my career. I love supporting my team and serving as a role model and mentor.

Getting to lead a function so early on in my career is something I never would have thought i could achieve this early on. I really enjoy being a leader and getting to mentor the young professionals who report to me.

That they have cultivated a truly organic culture where you can progress quickly and become a leader in the business. Most of the managers started at the entry level and grew their careers here. Phaidon provides a platform for both short term and long term success.

It sounds cliché but we call ourselves the Phaidon Family. We are all working together towards common goals and celebrate the successes of all our brands and teams. We have the support of our leadership and the internal learning and development to really grow and progress

I like that they use tools like the CAPP Assessment to make sure I was placed on the team best fit for my skills and personality. I also felt the marketing of the company on social media gave me a good glimpse into what the company culture is like.

Recently they have made a lot of effort to define the future of work and how to maintain our culture as we grow quickly and adopt long term flexible WFH policies. They want to ensure people are bought into the vision of the company and celebrate the part each person plays in it.
