The Un-capped commission structure. A lot of other agency say they have the best layout but if you put in the work.. you get everything and more back

With the economy being how it is our base salary is not nearly high enough.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The main issue is that days are repetitive and there is very little to look forward to. It's difficult to make 50+ calls a day when there is no ability to celebrate the wins. WFH environment makes it very difficult to distance yourself from the stress, even post hours.
