The fact that the company culture is not hyper-authoritarian, like how the dress code is very casual at work. Not a fan of the overall company's (Phaidon's) politics though. It's all woke political correctness, like how it promotes the unequal pay narrative.

Phaidon spends too much money on alcohol incentives. The incentive is the commission check. Work hours are too long. If an employee can't get their work done in 8 hours, they're not working efficiently Remote work should be an option for all employees. Especially given the recent COVID-19 outbreak.
