Our leadership team remembers that we all have our own lives and respects that things come up. They are flexible and work with us through absolutely everything. If you have an issue and you bring it up there is endless support in order to fix the problem and ensure everyone is happy!

Base is low for this area of the country

I think the commission structure is great, but the base salary could be higher for how many hours we put into this job.

I feel undervalued, because management is not actively involved in any processes, and does not follow through with helping when I have asked in the past. My compensation compared to the cost of living is low. I cannot afford to live alone, or be able to consider most places of living in this area.

My team is extremely collaborative and interpersonal. Each and every one of us have our own friendship/ relationship inside and outside of work. The constant support and encouragement that comes from my team makes me consistently work harder.

Everyone want's to succeed/help people succeed

Our culture is full of young people. I believe this is a blessing because we all understand eachother wheras at other companies no relationships are made due to the age gap. This gives us more ability to build connections internally and feel more comfortable.

Everyone likes to have fun and boost each other up. There are people in the office that I consider friends for life and like to have them in my personal life as well.

Deals. Doing deals, or having little wins within my day: clearing a candidate on a tough role, or getting positive feedback from interviews. Also, getting CV's out when the job market is as hot as it is, but no candidates are looking.
