The energy everyone shows up with everyday. Whether it is virtually over Zoom or in person in the office, we all are so excited to be there and to build something unique.

Their transparency and the fact that they are all so accessible. When COVID and the lockdown hit, they made sure that we all still felt connected to them as leaders and each other as colleagues. They created virtual water cooler sessions with a member of the leadership team and 5-6 colleagues.
