Beyond the competitive pay, the benefits (mainly insurance) are amazing, it is so rare to have a positive experience with insurance plans, but Phathom's plan is the best I have had. The HR team listens to the teams needs and works to continuously add to our already stellar benefits package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is so different than other organizations. I love the focus on employee well-being, connectedness and truly doing things differently (if they make sense).

TRANSPARENCY! Communications are clear and consistent. We are always kept in the loop and given insight into the downstream effects of our work. Town Halls are monthly and are great for staying up to date.
