Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When coming to Phathom I had other offers with significantly higher salary and bonus from pre-revenue companies. Phathom was unable to match. I came to Phathom for the culture and to work for my manager. so I took the salary cut. A competitive salary and bonus with other companies would be nice.

The collaboration and inclusiveness amongst us.
