Wonderful! Best job I have had in 15 years. I am happy

My experience with Phathom has been very positive. This is very much based on my manager who is very transparent, energetic and willing to give tasks that would improve skill set. I feel challenged in my career and my feedback is valued.

My manager makes the team. He completes the full circle of the company. My experience has been that companies sometimes miss the make with senior management and fail to make new ways, with better pathways of success.

I've been here for just 4 months, but the experience has been very positive and I feel like I've know everyone and been here much longer. Overall, I would describe it as a welcoming and fun opportunity to work with a group of talented individuals.

When coming to Phathom I had other offers with significantly higher salary and bonus from pre-revenue companies. Phathom was unable to match. I came to Phathom for the culture and to work for my manager. so I took the salary cut. A competitive salary and bonus with other companies would be nice.

Again- culture. Its hard to accept the new ways in pharma. Phat is creating an environment differnt from the norm of big pharma. What was done at takeda and other companies might not work in a smaller foot print. Many realize this and embraces new ways.
