To include the military this is the most amazing company I have ever worked for or with. People love to tell you about bad experiences. But I have seen PKL take it on the chin to go above and beyond on doing things they don't need to, to take care of it's people. Sometime no return in consideratio

Love the ESOP, Dental, Medical, vacations, sick leave. All equal to or better than I had when I was military.

The fact that they meet or exceed what I can get with other companies, I feel benefits are better than when I was in the military.

There are some hard working, extremely knowledgeable team members who make you day everyday you see them. They allow you to get passed the few that can be difficult.

Very rewarding to see the development of future leaders and maintainers. Not just myself but we (PKL KSA) as a whole get so many thanks for the job we do.

I'm single, but I must acknowledge how Family focused PKL leadership is. The stuff the company does for people and doesn't highlight to everyone is amazing. I have been very happy here through my years. A company I'll keep as long as they'll keep me.

I have some really great team members and it is a pleasure to work with them. 7 is because about 7 out of ten are great and at least perform their job to expectations or above. About 3 out of ten are just there to fill space and create the extra work and require extra attention.

Upper management and local management have seen value in what I bring to the table and have made me that the things I do for the company have value. I appreciate every thing the company has done for me. I went straight from the military to work for one of the most amazing companies. I am blessed.
