PKL has been open and helpful since our contract transitioned in July 2021. My supervisor has been supportive and clear in the expectations of the company but allows me to execute the day to day at our site. I have no doubt that he trusts me to do my job without his direct oversight, which is nice!

I have worked for PKL for 18 months and have received high levels of support from my direct supervisor and all offices at PKL headquarters. I am allowed to manage my site with the trust of my supervisor to ensure that we do the best work possible for the company without being micromanaged.

My team is high performing and supportive of each other. Most of my team is crossed trained to support others at the site. There is a generally positive attitude!

Leadership is supportive of my efforts to improve my site. My direct supervisor provides valuable input and support that allows me to provide the best workplace possible for my direct employees!

They make it easy for me to support my employees and achieve the company's vision at the same time. They empower me to make decisions but make themselves available if I have any questions or concerns!

The compensation package provides sick leave, which has not always been available in previous contracts. This allows my employees and I to take time if we are ill without having to worry about lost time and wages.

Interacting with my employees and supporting junior Sailors make it easy to go to work. Knowing that my people will not hesitate to advocate for our customers and work hard to provide service makes my job easy.

The positive attitude in my workplace. The support from my supervisors has improved the interaction between my team and the customer we directly support, resulting in pride in work and performance. I have a generally upbeat team which makes work enjoyable.

Because of the support of my Program Manager, we have been able to make some changes on my team that have improved the attitude of the personnel on my team and encouraged them to work harder and provide more effective customer support. The office looks out for each other fills in without asking

PKL has supported me as a supervisor in implementing plans that support my employees. My direct supervisor is interested in my input and empowers me to make decisions for my site. I have been able to align the personnel that work for me with the needs of our customer for the benefit of all parties
