
The lack of communication and advance notice of work schedule is the terrible.
To be more interested in something other then themself.
A site manager who does care about his people.
To understand their job in relations to the contract.
Very personable people and easy to talk to about issues.
The pay is fair and competitive for this type of work in an overseas market.
To put it simple, communication. Its sadly lacking from the on-site management in this company.
The pay is fair, but the fact there was no contributions made to the ESOP in 2022 is disconcerting.
You can not help the location or the customer, so there is nothing you can do to improve it.
As I stated before communication is a big issue. Also, the management on site does not share the conditions of the contract with the employees. I don't know if it's out of fear the employees will find out we are doing things not included in it.
