No room for advancement. Employees have to conform to making forward progress regardless of not being properly qualified. Coworkers are great. Managers need to take care of there people and reaponsibilites instead of consistently handing off tasks due to being unknowledgeable.

Leadership tells us that customers speak negatively about the contractors but dont provide that same perspective in person. Need honest feedback and customers to include MALS need to understand what our contract states what we can do instead of expecting we do all maintenance.
