PKL as a company is great, I support them 100%. But as far as the contract I personally am working it's abysmal.

Theres a significant rift between our day shift and night shift because we were hired to work both shifts but most of us who get put on swing shift never get to change because our dayshift workers aren't willing to change shifts for any reason and management doesn't care

Our management team both personnel side and production team need to quit acting like we're still in the military and treating people like we're replaceable. Also there is a distinct different between how the people who retired from the mil are treated vs. Those who didn't do 20 years

As employees we never ever see our management team unless someone is in trouble. They never come to check on us or see how things are going, we only ever get reprimanded. They use gray areas in our CBA to deny us flex time and just tell us no instead of comprimising
