During the current pay increase reviews HR was instructed by corporate to lower employees review scores in order to reduce their pay increase. They had 20 employees pick up the slack of the 40 we lost. Employees are treated like they are worthless, HR uses intimidation tactics to instill fear.

They were organized and responsive. They only flaw is I was forward the email discussion by HR and corporate discussing my future employment.

At the managerial level they show us respect and decently, but at a corporate level employees are treated as disposable and worthless. HR has been instructed by corporate to lower scores in order to provide corporate leverage to terminate employees if they show dissatisfaction with the company.

Corporate needs to be restructured to provide a more healthy, inclusive, and possitive work experience. Due to the recent economy and workforce shortage it is mind boggling corporate continues to treat employees as bad as they do. This needs to change in order to maintain a experienced workforce.

Fellow employees are the most positive by far, our in shop manager does everything he can for us but is denied by corporate. Corporate is the only thing negatively effecting the company. Employees feel undervalued and constantly fear for their job due to the tactics employed by HR and corporate.

They are all hard working and great at their job, they are a skilled and reliable workforce that are being taken advantage of by corporate greed. All of them would make more at a fast food restaurant, which is a shame because of the experience and dedication they provide to the company.

I have 6 1/2 years in the aerospace industry and 3 1/2 in general manufacturing, my last 2 reviews show I am an outstanding employee yet my pay has remained low due to corporate interference. My manager was told by HR to lower my score/pay increase. I make $0.48 more than an entry level Walmart emp.
