All of my coworkers, including my manager, are decades younger than me. Everyone everywhere needs to be more age-inclusive. I feel left out of everything.

I have yet to be promoted although I have held several roles. There need to be more levels for employee growth and a more clear path for advancement.

Less of a focus on working yourself to death. There are some departments that are desperately under-supported and although the culture is work-life balance, in practice it's impossible.
