Corporate is always available by phone. Some supervisors are amazing, but others are equally as awful. Just about every store manager i worked with was excellent at their job.

Store profit bonuses (which i assumed was to incentivize the store team) can be a majority of your income. My bonus cut during the beginning of the COVID outbreak amounted to an almost 20% overall paycut; all happening while I'm being called a "hero" and "essential worker." Get rid of pay cuts.
